A wonderful two hours of Yin Yoga with tutor Rachel Windsor.

For those Yogis who have practiced Yin before, we will use this 2 hour session to spend longer in our poses, to sink into them more deeply and allow ourselves longer recovery rests in between.

We will finish the evening with a lovely and relaxing savasana underneath cosy duvets.

This class isn't suitable for beginners or those in the first trimester of pregnancy.

7pm - 9pm

All equipment is provided but you may want to bring your own mat to double up and create extra padding and softness.
