My counselling style is person-centred and led by your pace, with a focus on safety, empathy, and connection. I’m also a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, which means I welcome and respect all ways of thinking, feeling, and being. Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself or exploring that possibility, you’ll be met with openness and understanding. Together, we can understand how your past experiences might be showing up in the present and explore ways to support healing and growth. I draw on attachment theory and psychoeducation to help you make sense of things, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. Hello, I'm Tracy, and I run a vibrant Friendship & Social Group for Women based in Benson, South Oxfordshire. We welcome all women who are happy to travel to the area to connect with like-minded ladies. Our group was founded on the principles of health and wellbeing because the statistics are truly concerning. 27% of UK adults report feeling lonely always, often, or some of the time.  This saddens me deeply, and it's why I'm passionate about creating genuine connections in our community. Through our group, women are: Making meaningful new friendships and building strong social connections Attending events and activities they wouldn't have considered going to alone Discovering new hobbies and stepping outside their comfort zones Building confidence in social settings We host a variety of regular meetups including: Coffee catch-ups for relaxed conversations Social evenings for deeper connections Group lunches at local venues Nature walks to boost wellbeing Special workshops and events to try something new Don't let loneliness hold you back from the friendships and experiences you deserve.
