Through Be Yoga, I offer in-person classes in Newbury (Berkshire), Letcombe Regis, and Childrey (Oxfordshire), as well as online sessions for those who prefer to practise from home. My approach blends classical yoga with the wisdom of Ayurveda, creating space for you to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and feel more at ease in yourself. Alongside weekly classes, I also host day and weekend retreats - gentle pauses from the rush of everyday life. Wherever you are on your journey, you’re warmly welcome.

I'm Tash from Flowing Flamingo and I offer energising, calming , and fun yoga classes to help you connect to your healthy, happy you. Whether you're joining me online or in person around Wantage or Letcombe Regis- each class blends movement, breath work, and mindfulness in a friendly and accessible environment. Classes are for all levels with modifications throughout. Helping you to ease into calm as well as build strength and flexibility wherever you're starting from! My weekly classes include energising Flamingo Flow, Strength & Tone (combining yoga with light weights), and a calming & Relax Wind-Down class. Beatrice Crestini is a certified yoga teacher and retreat leader passionate about creating transformative experiences that nourish mind, body and soul. Drawing on years of dedicated practice and teaching, she blends the timeless wisdom of yoga with a contemporary approach to wellbeing, offering guests journeys that are immersive, restorative, and deeply meaningful. At the heart of her work is a commitment to authenticity. Beatrice shares yoga as a living tradition, rooted in its philosophical and spiritual depths, as much as its physical practice. Alongside mindful movement, she integrates pranayama, meditation, snippets of philosophy and mantra chanting. Thanks to her ongoing study of Sanskrit and the yogic texts, participants have the opportunity to also explore the more subtle dimensions of the practice. This layered approach allows retreat guests to connect not only with their breath and body, but also with the inner stillness and clarity that yoga is always meant to cultivate. This is what helps us all navigate the modern society we live in and feel supported also once back home in our daily lives. Beatrice’s retreats are hosted in some of the world’s most breathtaking settings: Italy, Bali, India and the Balearic Islands among them. Locations where nature and culture amplify the sense of renewal. Each program is designed to go beyond the mat, blending yoga with cultural immersion. An Italian fluent in English, Beatrice embodies the Mediterranean spirit of warmth, hospitality and slow living, all while bringing an international sensibility to her teaching. Whether guiding an intimate retreat, a private class or a group immersion, her mission remains the same: to create a safe and nurturing space where people can step back from daily pressures, rediscover balance and return home with a renewed sense of purpose.
