Through Be Yoga, I offer in-person classes in Newbury (Berkshire), Letcombe Regis, and Childrey (Oxfordshire), as well as online sessions for those who prefer to practise from home. My approach blends classical yoga with the wisdom of Ayurveda, creating space for you to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and feel more at ease in yourself. Alongside weekly classes, I also host day and weekend retreats—gentle pauses from the rush of everyday life. Wherever you are on your journey, you’re warmly welcome.
