Banbury, Oxfordshire & Online
Therapy and Counselling

Welcome – I’m Jo, and I’m really happy you’re here. You don’t have to face it alone, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself lately. I offer warm, trauma-informed counselling for adults (18+), a safe, supportive space free from judgment to explore what’s going on for you. You can work with me in person in Banbury and Culworth, or online from anywhere in the UK—whatever feels most comfortable for you. My counselling style is person-centred and led by your pace, with a focus on safety, empathy, and connection. I’m also a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, which means I welcome and respect all ways of thinking, feeling, and being. Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself or exploring that possibility, you’ll be met with openness and understanding. Together, we can understand how your past experiences might be showing up in the present and explore ways to support healing and growth. I draw on attachment theory and psychoeducation to help you make sense of things, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-worth, or the lasting effects of trauma, you’re welcome here. Counselling isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating space for you to be seen, heard, and supported. Take Care Jo
