Join Rachel and Emily for a day of escapism at Treetops, to truly benefit both your heart and soul.

You will enjoy various classes throughout the day such as a Morning Yoga Flow with Rachel, Sound Healing with Emily, some AromaYoga and Yin Yoga with Rachel and of course delicious food throughout the day.

The day runs from 9:30am - 3:30pm and is very relaxed and peaceful, Treetops is set within 3 acres of grounds, in a lovely peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling. We will provide all of the equipment that you will need for the day, but you are very welcome to bring additional yoga mats, blankets and anything that will make your day more comfortable.
