Experience deep relaxation through a calming blend of yin and restorative yoga. During the session, Rachel shares her passion for essential oils—exploring how their therapeutic properties can enhance your yoga practice and support wellbeing in daily life. The evening will be full of festive scents and a beautiful festive play list.  We end each session with a relaxing savasana snuggled under the duvets and eye pillows before Emily appears with delicious festive nibbles and a warm drink.
