A relaxing evening with a mix of yin and restorative yoga alongside essential oils. Bringing your mind and body into a calm and restored state.

During the session, Rachel shares her passion for essential oils—exploring how their therapeutic properties can enhance your yoga practice and support wellbeing in daily life.

Classes run from 7pm - 9pm and include a warm drink and delicious snacks after the session. All of your equipment is provided for the evening, you just need to wear warm layers and bring snuggly socks with you. Finishing with a very relaxing shavasana under warm duvets.
